So, the registration is up on the domain. Is the site successful enough to keep for another year or two?

Actually, I had an idea about that. At the birth of the site I had spoken with www.newenough.com on getting us on their sponsored list. Basically, it means everytime you shop at new enough you can opt to donate a dollar to a bike club or group, meaning hawkgtforum.
The problem was, they didnt think our site had enough traffic back then...but since we have grown by about 130 members and they might do it now.
I dont know how many of you shop at new enough, but I know that me and Bfizzle do, and the combination of our orders would at least 6 or 7 dollars. Having so many active members, and so many people in the motorcycle community that shop on that website it might not only get us more members, but a lot of random dollars.
So, back on topic, i was thinking about setting up a donate thing where if you donate 5$ you get a star or something by your name and once we have a certain amount of built up fundage from newenough we would do a little raffle, where only people that have donated money have a chance to win..I figure we could raffle off gloves and other things like that so hopefully, with enough traffic to the site we could do a couple raffles a year for the people that really keep the site alive.
What do you guys think? If we dont do the donate thing I can always keep the site like it is. It would be nice to get some better forum software, more server space and stuff like that though. I think I will talk to new enough either way, and either everyone who is active on the forums will have a chance to win, or if everyone kind of likes the donate idea, then only those people will be able to win.
So, can I get some feedback on this?

Glad you like the ideas. And yea, I tried getting on new enough last year when the site was new, but they said it was too new and we needed a nice base of users etc etc. I emailed them again just a moment ago to see if it would be a go this time around.

Its crazy to think the site has almost been around a year, and it is doing extremely well, I think. Hopefully new enough will hook us up with the group thing, as I think a lot of people that dont know about the site shop there, and it would be nice to do some giveaways and stuff like that.
I have been hoping to change over from PHPBB to Vbulletin, which is what all my favorite forums are running on. They are a lot more customizable and I can make it easier for users to setup profiles and stuff like that. We will see how everything goes as the site continues to grow.
