        SEGALE
Italian chassis specialist Luigi Segale has built many
high quality specials over the last two decades, around
engines ranging from Kawasaki Z1000 fours to
Honda 650cc singles, many using his trademark frame
layout of narrow-gauge steel tubes and aluminium
side-plates. In 1993, Segale produced the rapid and
        ultra-light SR900R, powered by Honda's four-cylinder
        CBR900RR motor.

I think he did a Superhawk with similar swingarm treatment and a steel latice frame...

Segale built a bunch of cool stuff- a couple of the CBR's he built were way ahead of their time IRT USD forks, aluminum frames etc.Several really cool Supermonos too.
