well another forum member here posted pics of his bike, and i started thinking about maybe buying a Vrod headlight until i get a fairing.

well, i did a search...
look at these two and see if you can tell whats fishy:

hmm... one is priced ALOT lower then it should be.. and uses the exact same pic as the other one???
very fishy... im glad i caught it.. i almost did the buy it now on the cheap one.
i just sent an email to both of them, pointing them to each other... i'll wait to see what the reply is before buying either one of them.

There is that feature in ebay that lets you "sell an item like this"- I have never used it but I wonder if it just lifts the whole listing, photos and all?

no, it doesnt.
that feature just puts it in the same location.

now if you are THAT SELLER, you can sell an identical item... but the two sellers are diffrent.

the $65 guy lifted that pic off of the other guys auction... a common scam is to use other peoples pics, and "sell" the item quickly with a low "buy it now"... then pocket the cash and run.
