    Honda NX125???

Got a guy selling an 88 on CL. Askign $1000.

I was thinking offer him $750.

    Anyone had one of these?

I am looking for a lil bike to throw around and take the 2 miles to work and back.

Nothing wrong with My Duc but I figured this might be cool.

isnt that a dual sport? from my experiance, dual sports suck as commuter bikes.

its not much in topend but the honda nx is a cool bike. its a dual sport bike bike but its got front "fairings" on it. Its like a baja rally bike. They are some what rare i think. I have not seen many

I took my licence test on an 89 nx 250 after barrowing it for a week. They are great little bikes, but watch out in windy situations they are light and get blown around easily. And yes they are dual sport bikes, but for a 2mile trip or a short run, why not. Oh yeah the guy I barrowed it from just sold the nx250 for right aroud $1200, so $1000 for a 150 isn't bad.
90 Hawk. What can I do to make it better?
78 yz125. What can I do to destroy this thing?

Up were a dual sport would be perfect for Doc- we have frost heaves and potholes galore at this time of year and a dually lets you get out earlier in the season! I say go for it!

On the other hand... 125 is pretty small- that sr500 yamaha for $500 might be a better deal (but it is not a dual sport)

That was the idea, I could get out earlier.
