    been rideing and haveing fun

welll I have been rideing my bike around had some nice weather like 70 degrees so very nice...... but i think my carbs are off. i think there jeted lean but the floats are off. I gessing its just dumping fuel in the engine. the bike runs great but not best on gas mileage but still better then my truck.

btw takeing the bike and then going paintball can be a fun ride home thats when you been shot on inside of the leg.......

    Jets

Mine are the same. I can't sync em at night (11PM) when I get off work cause of the noise, or in the morning ( same reason ) ... I had a MGB with duel stromburg carbs (Oil float) and I synced them by sound. I guess they had no secondary? I think I need a vacuum guage for my Hawk, to get it right. The load is more important. Seems to run totally different under load as in neutral. In the garage it runs fine but under load it lacks, finally got it right by guess and by gosh. Unlike my MGB which was easy. Mine is rejetted and has a sharp cam and TBR exaust so I guess it would be more sensitive to carb sync? And it has really bad gas milage (33? or so) which is what I would expect from the Road Warrior, as my buddies call it. It's not pretty. But it runs well now.
Any thing worth doing is worth overdoing.
I'm not riding too fast, I'm flying too low...
