BD technologies... still open???

Hey all!
I just wanted to see if anyone knew whether or not BD technologies is still up and going. I checked out their website and they have some really really cool mod kits that are VERY reasonably priced. HOwever, the web page seems to have not been updated in awhile. So... I'm not even sure if they are up and running anymore. Any info would be great!

I don't think "BD" is around anymore, but I could be wrong.

ACtually, I was looking for the F2 gas tank conversion kit. I believe he makes a bracket that prevents you from doing any welding at all. However, I am not exactly sure. It's what I would make so the average joe could do the conversion.
