Hiperfrom exhaust

Can the left exit hiperform exhaust work with a standard height tail section, (subframe, seat, cowling, etc)
I assume you may have to relocate the fuel pump and cut the mudgaurd, but can you get away with leaving the rectifier as is.

I have no experience with this myself, but I'm fairly certain it has been done. I recall it involved what you assume, cutting the mudguard and relocating the pump.
