    All,
I'm in LA at the moment and I am borrowing a Hawk from a gent I know off the list.
Its fairly stock looking but has an M4 exhaust system (the original one), a fox twin clicker, the recetech emulator AND a 700cc kit!!

Rode it back from Costa Mesa to Santa Monica where Im working ans staying and although we took the 405 I have to say I was impressed.
First time on a bike for fair while and the 40odd mile journey went by very swiftly.
It has stock bars so the position feels a little sit up and beg for me but it was surprisingly comfortable.

Was mainly doing around 75-80 as my friend had only been on the freeway for the first time on this trip and didn't want to risk a ticket.
Got into 5th and after several tries to find 6th, damn that 'box, settled down to get a feel for how it performs.
Didn't really have a great deal of seat time on my bike before I ripped it to pieces so hard to compare BUT...
    It feels GOOD.
Rolling on around 60-70ish it rocks!
M4 growls and it just pulls AND I didn't at any point give it full throttle..

Feels like 700cc is the WAY to go..

Will post more as I ride it more and get used to being on a bike again!!

Hah, I do that too frequently, working up through the gears and lose track, then stab the gear lever for that non-existent 6th gear. It would be handy to have on longer journeys...
