Hi, new guy here checkin on!

    Hey all,

I've been lurking a while trying to buy a hawk for about a year now...Anyway, just picked up my Hawk today!!!...I am extatic!!!!
She needs a new chain and some fork seals from what I can see, but she runs and drives great! She is a blue one, and I bought it from the original owner, a lady, she put 31000 miles on it and a muzzy exhaust and a corbin seat, which is very comfortable I might add...Also she has the targa windscreen/fairing but I am removing that as I don't like it, anyone interested? Anyway just wanted to say hi, I hope to be talking a lot with you guys...I'll post some pics asap...Thanks,

Oh and by the way, does anyone know how difficult it is to change the fork seals/fluid and the chain on these? I am very mechanically inclined and work on my cars all the time, just haven't touched a bike in a number of years...Thanks,

    Jason

The Targa fairing would be good to keep around if ypu are plannin any long trips.
