That's sounds rreeaaallly nice! Maybe a bit loud for me but the tone is wonderful. Let's see someone get that sound out of an inline 4.

hahaha, yeah for real...It isn't too bad, and I could tone it down if I wanted with less rings, but it is no were near as loud as Harleys are...Although when I get on it I can hear it good in my right ear, and that is with a full face Shoei on...

I love that!!! I've got a Muzzy y-pipe that I slash-cut at the tip with a hacksaw for an open exhaust... I freakin' love that reaction:

                    cfiiman - A few questions:

Does your bike use stock headers if not what headers are you using?

Did you chop down a suppertrapp can or do they sell a stubby one? (links to the part would be appreciated).

How much of an obstruction (is it posisble to scrape when leaned over and does it get in the way of feet?) is the flared out pipe?

                    Thanks in advance!

Hey man, no didn't cut it down, they make it, summitracing.com it is the supertrapp elite universal 10", not much of a flare but some, looks awesome...No will not scrape as I had it take the path of the Muzzy I was replacing, so mine goes up, not just under the engine like some (I didn't want any problems) Does not get in the way of my feet...And mine are stock headers, with a Muzzy "y" pipe...

                      things to consider:
I already had the "y" pipe, I just cut it to fit, so your well turn out different if you use something different, as muzzy shapes theirs a certain way as do all other manufacturers do...I can only speak from experience on the Muzzy...Some people run them straight back at the tire, but then you have problems with melting the tires, another reason I wanted it angled some...

                          Is it this?

And I can't seem to find any info on a Muzzys Y-pipe.

I worry about the jetting being a problem if I did that...
