I'm new to the forum, and posted a proper "hi!" in the new members section, but also wanted to say hey to all of the Lady Hawkers out there too! I'm trying to break out of my stealth-mode, lurking habit and thought throwing a new post on here is a good start
I'm in the SF Bay Area and just got my Hawk after months of hunting! thank goodness for Cali weather - I can still get lots more riding in before it gets "cold" out here.
Feel free to drop me a line to say hello, or if you're in the area, to maybe gather up some gals and meet up for a ride!

welcome. I'm from missouri, and live about 50 miles from St. Louis. right now the heat is disgusting. I went to a baseball game at Busch stadium saturday with friends, like we had any sense, 100 degrees sucks. bring on the fall season! just kidding. :P
