    progressive.

horrific, ticket infested driving record (all speeding and/or "careless")

$54 a month for full coverage + an additional $4000 on top because of the mods.

I have progressive.... clean record, about $120/yr for liablitiy only, but they upped my rate by $20/yr because I had three credit inquiries in the past year!? WTF!!! I'm pretty sure that getting a credit card at jc pennys does not make me a worse driver. I called them on it and they said their actuarial bookworms say people with debt make more claims. Only problem is I have no debt.

Needless to say I went with them any way (lazy bastard ) but I plan on switching to Geico- then write them a letter and say your actuaries should note that raising rates for bogus reasons loses you customers.

This is in California mind you, super expensive insurance out here.

35 year old Rider, MSF course, and 17 years riding experience.

A few of my riding buddies all use Markel / Bikeline for their insurance because they are a motorcycle, boat, and ATV insurance company.

Just this week taken out a policy for my car with eCar. The bike is with Bennetts but I think I'll swap it to eBike when it's due for renewal and get them both on the same policy.
