I should post ap a utube of my tbr carbon fiber beast- it is definietly throatier than the one above, and probably could give Hords bike a real challenge for worlds loudest hawk!'88 Hawk GT

Hello.. I am the one who built the exhaust from the movie. I also built the bike. In another topic you can find the pictures.
I have one cagiva Raptor exhaust more. It takes a bit of work to rebuilt the damper. After removing the carbon layer I had a stainless steel can. I had to cut through the steel and hammer the inner damper out (yes originally its a reflection muffler). After this I cut at least 10 cm of and built in a perforated tube. Then filling it with dampeningstuff (or so?). Difficult was to weld the can again and trying not to burn the filling.
the enormous sound is produced because its quite a large can.
