Sacrificing my body for the Hawk

I decided to clean the garage out this week. While moving the Hawk around the driveway (gravel) I lost footing and tipped it over. I managed to get my body between the bike and the ground. Spared the bike of any dings or scratches but I think I may have broke a toe or two. The toes are looking pretty nasty.
Thought someone might get a laugh out of that.
-God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of the people I had to kill because they annoyed me.

Ahh Damn, I hope your toe isn't broken.

At least you saved your Hawk!

Selling organs? Hmmm.... Anyone wanna trade some parts for a spleen? I don't know what it does anyway.
-Toes look better today but pinky toe still not doing well.

            From Your Spleen.

I'm your spleen. I'm a purplish-red organ shaped like a loose fist and located in the upper-left part of your abdominal cavity.
I have been called "the most ignored and misunderstood of all organs." In ancient times, people believed I was the seat of the emotions, but actually I am an integral part of your immune system.

            My job description includes:

filtering out foreign organisms that infect your blood
removing your old or damaged platelets and red blood cells
storing extra blood and releasing it as needed
forming some types of white blood cells

If I become injured or diseased, I may have to be removed through a medical procedure called a splenectomy. About 1% of the population is spleenless. You can live without me (although important, I am not a vital organ), but your resistance to infection will be lowered, at least initially.

Although I like to think of myself as irreplaceable, eventually some of your other organs like the liver (a real team player), will take over my responsibilities.

Now are we secondhand edumacated? Or merely Googlemacated?

Well I am a nurse... You decide.

                (A very masculine male nurse)

Although I did Google that. It was easier to cut and paste.

At least you're not a masculine female nurse
One of the guys I regularly train with at the firearms academy is a nurse...I wouldn't want to mess with him either.
