    A sad day..

Well, the hawk is at its new home in Portland, Oregon..I delivered it to the new owner, who happens to be my cousin. The hawk is wrecked, with cosmetic damage only. I left him a pile of parts and told him about this site. The garage looks empty now, even though its a storage for all my friends bikes still.
I of course will still be active on the site as I love the community of hawk riders and plan on someday getting another hawk. After I got the 900rr I just was not putting the miles on the hawk that it deserved. Anyway, since it is still in the family I am sure I will have some visitation rights.

Anyway, I just thought I would let you all know..

Sorry to hear it's gone, but as you said, at least it's still in the family

That, and you said you might look into a Hawk in the future. So, we'll consider you "semi-permanently shopping."

Once a Hawker, always a Hawker. Doesn't matter what's actually in your garage at the moment - could be a Hummer and a tricycle. We don't care.
