    Street Fighter Headlight Nose Fairing

I'd like to have a flyscreen or something on my Hawk but I'm not a huge fan of the look you get from wrapping one around that big round headlight. It just doesn't seem to fit to me.

I saw this on Steve Beatty's page and thought it was cool:

Does anyone know what this is, I googled the guys name but came up with nothing.

    I also found this: http://www.busters-accessories.co.uk...asp?prod=DASH1

But I can't tell if its exactly the same.

It does look very similar, but not quite the same... check out the lack of windscreen line, and the top and headlight shape are a bit different...

The venom is close but the lights and reflectors are different. And whats up with the price difference Ģ195.00 for the venom and Ģ19.95 for the "dash" nose fairing of unkown origin. It says it comes with lights and hardware but I'm still skeptical.

        Thanks for the post fabbi

my GF has the venom on her 400 bros, the lights aint fantastic but 100% better than the dash screens! and what put me off with the dash is they have plastic reflectors and you cant upgrade the lamps!

          cheers

Thanks robs, I like the style of that thing but I don't want crappy lights, gotta keep an eye out for animals and stupid drivers around here!

I've been thinking about this for awhile, the main reason I wanted any kind of fairing/flyscreen is because I use the hawk as a daily commuter. But honestly no flyscreen is going to give the hawk goldwing comfort. So for now she stays naked and I'll eat the wind.

                  my reasons are diffrent..

i really want a modern looking projection headlight system... windprotection would be nice, but i really dont care...

mostly, i want to upgrade the hawk from older style "big round headlight" to something else.

but it has to be.... hawk-ish.
im not going to stick a new face on her that looks like it was lifted from an alien, amazon bug, ect....

i really like that first pic.... but i dont know if its "me" or not.. i wish i had more pics and firsthand info....
plus, thats alot of money for a fairing/light IMO...

i was also looking at enduro lights, kinda like this:

but without the carbon fiber wannabe look, and maybe without the "scoops" that do nothing.

i donno what i want yet.

I finally found exactly what I wanted... the 5 1/4" dual lights from www.aztec8.com. I can't wait to get them on...

                    I'll post pics eventually.

I always really liked the original KTM Duke http://bariqiya.jp/img/moto/ktm/duke.jpg or KLE http://sbrinz.di.unipi.it/~peppe/images/kle500.jpg noses.

Both can be found on Ebay from time to time.
