Another odd tool from the tool pouch

This wrench was in my '89 Hawk tool pouch. What's it for? 20190414_122732.jpg

Looks like a spanner, might fit some nuts…

It is not part of the original toolkit as seen in the microfiche.

There is probably a socket with a hole in the side that the round handle fits in to provide more leverage. There may also be a sparkplug socket with a nut welded on top.

Follow that bread crumb. Some of the perch hardware....engine case bolts....etc etc You may find something that needs that length.Or maybe not.The flatten tube sections in some of the tool kit
tools are handle extensions, look at that too.

I'd guess it's for 8mm nuts and bolts? Or throwing in anger.

              One of the two.

I would say owner lost original wrench but wanted a replacement that fit into original tool bag. He had this tool sitting in garage so he chopped off box wrench end.

It's a Whitworth spanner ... it doesn't fit anything on the bike properly

Nah, it's 8mm. It's interesting that nobody else has one. So it wasn't an original kit tool?

Nope. Spanner for shock, screwdriver, 3 wrenches, pliers, extension for the spanner, spark plug tool. I think that was it?
