Gearbox output and shifter shaft seals

I don't see the gearbox seal listed, is it part of the bearing?
Cleaned off the rear of the engine. Ran the bike for 10 minutes, let it sit overnight...It appears the oil leak starts at the rear cylinder base then flows down near the the sprocket area.. No big deal, just fix it...
