how to post pics in my thread? out of quota, happy to use URLs to my smugmug account

i've been sharing photos by uploading the photo previously, but today got a message about running out of quota.
i thought i'd just post a url link to the photo on my smugmug site, but i can't figure out how to do that.

any tips on the easiest way to share pics?
