You can have any color you like so long as it's black and it has a laser-engraved lizard on it.

This post is a general list of prices for currently stocked products. The next post will list items that I've done as one-offs but I will be willing to reproduce for anybody who is interested. Pricing for those may be TBD as it will vary with material cost, design changes, quantity, etc.

PayPal is preferred. PM me with questions or for payment/shipping info.

    --------------------------------------------------------
Update 3/13/22 - Chain rollers will be back in stock by the end of the week. With shipping costs changing so frequently, I am changing all pricing to be price + shipping for all regions. I also had to tweak the prices a bit to adjust for higher material costs for my latest batch. I will honor the original pricing for anybody who contacted me before this date.

Update 3/20/22 - Chain rollers are back in stock and ready to ship! The next 10 that I sell are gonna get a few extra random stickers that I had laying around if that sweetens the pot for anybody ...

    --------------------------------------------------------

    (almost) ALWAYS STOCKED ITEMS
Items in this section are currently available for general sale. I will try to always have them in stock so contact me at any time to purchase.

    Chain Roller
    $78 + shipping
Mounts between the kickstand and the frame and prevents the chain from contacting the lower frame crossmember. This is especially useful on Hawks with loose chains and longer rear shock lengths. Improved function over the OEM slider which is often worn or missing. The chain roller mount also effectively lengthens the kickstand, which is helpful with longer rear shocks. Bracket is CNC-machined Al 6061-TC with a black hard anodize finish. Comes with stainless hardware for installation.

    Swingarm Chain Guide
    $45 + shipping
Replaces the OEM rubber chain guide on the swingarm. CNC machined from tough ultra-high molecular weight polyethelyne (UHMWPE). Includes washers but you'll need two of your original chain guide screws to install.

Chain Roller + Swingarm Guide Package Deal
    $110 + shipping
Save some coin and save your hard parts.

    LIMITED QUANTITY IN STOCK
These items are from lower-volume projects or were originally designed as one-offs. If I have them in stock, you'll see them here.

Overslung Brake Hanger for Ducati 748/848 Eccentric - Full Kit (1 in stock)
    $270 + shipping
Overslung bracket, slide pin, o-rings, shims, snap ring, and cotter pin. Direct fit to a Ducati 748 or 848 style eccentric and mounts a Brembo P32 or similar brake caliper (84 mm bolt spacing). For 245 mm Ducati rotor.

Trail Tech Vapor Bracket for Stock Triple (3 in stock)
    $23 + shipping

This is a bracket to mount the Trail Tech Vapor digital dash to the stock upper triple on the Hawk. It uses the rubber grommets & aluminum inserts provided with the Vapor (not included with this bracket) and the stock dash cluster mounting bolts.

Trail Tech Vapor Bracket for CBR Triples (9 in stock)
    $23 + shipping

This is a bracket to mount the Trail Tech Vapor digital dash to CBR, etc. triples with screw holes close to the key cylinder. Contact me for mounting dimensions. It uses the rubber grommets & aluminum inserts provided with the Vapor (not included with this bracket), and stainless pressed-in studs with stainless acorn nuts and plastic spacers.

      Trail Tech Vapor Bracket Details

None left in stock but I can make more on demand.

The bracket is 1/8" thick 5052 aluminum bent to a 15 angle (mimicking the tilt of the stock dash). The cutout in the top is to allow easier installation without needing to unplug the dash. It uses the rubber grommets and aluminum insert shipped with the Vapor dash and is compatible with the optional indicator light board. Finish is black epoxy paint.

(final photos courtesy of norem - his Hawk has a windscreen mounted from the stock dash mount holes)

I have another version of this bracket for certain CBR triples with screw holes close to the ignition switch. This is and updated versions of what I use on my Hawk (CB1000R upper triple), and confirmed to work on a CBR929RR triple as well. Come with stainless hardware and two small plastic spacers.

The mounts are CNC machined from 6061 aluminum and hard anodized black. The Overnight Engineering logo is laser-etched. The roller is 60A polyurethane and rides on ball bearings. It comes with stainless steel hardware and can either bolt in to the original chain slider mount or, if you prefer, bolt in with the provided locknuts and washers.

It is installed between the kickstand and frame. The roller mount is 1/4" thick and acts like a kickstand extender, great if you're running a longer rear shock. There are no issues with the longer kickstand on a stock bike, so no worries if you're running the standard rear shock length.

The roller position is adjustable and the unit can be installed without removing the centerstand spring mount from the kickstand, however removing it will allow you to get the roller even closer to the frame.

          Swingarm Chain Guide Details

Initial development was covered in my build thread. I went through several iterations to get to a design that does not compromise on material choice but still has a great machined finish and is extremely easy to install.

Replaces the OEM rubber chain guide with a much simpler but much tougher UHMWPE piece. Comes with washers and you only need to reuse two of the original mounting screws so pick the prettiest ones you have. The material will set to the curve of the swingarm pretty quickly. Make sure to use thread locker when you put the screws on!

          SACG Final.jpg

Note: You may wonder why this only covers the top of the swingarm. The fact of the matter is, Honda's design is a bit overkill. It has been the experience of myself and a number of other (vastly more knowledgeable) members that the chain does not contact the bottom of the swing arm in any of the vast range of operating conditions we subject our bikes to. This upgraded chain guide puts the material only where it needs to be. If you need to buy replacement screws, they screws are M5 x 12 mm (the chain guide only comes with washers).

            Ducati Brake Hanger Details

This started off as a one-off for my own build followed by an upgraded design for another member and finally a limited production. Of the six made so far, one was an underslung prototype, one is an underslung with black hard coat finish, and the remaining four were overslung. Since the full Ducati swap is a rare mod, future hangers will be made to order only.

These were designed in CAD using FEA to minimize possible points of stress concentration to minimize the chance of fatigue failure. They are CNC machined from Al 6061-T6 and finished with black hard coat anodizing and the logos are laser-etched.

The brake hanger has a 70 mm ID for a Ducati 748 or 848 style eccentric and mounts a Brembo P32 or similar brake caliper (84 mm bolt spacing). It is intended to be used with a full Ducati rear swap with the axle/hub, 245 mm rotor, wheel, etc. from the same donor as the eccentric. The 'slide pin' threads in to the same mounting boss as the bolt for the original Hawk brake setup. The first few slide pins were machined from stainless bar. The two pins included with the current kits are actually modified Honda torque-link bolts (part number 90124-ML7-000)

Let's talk about the fuse box mount. What I've got works but it isn't pretty and it takes forever to back the bolt out, 1/5th of a turn at a time. You thinking about a run of those, in black?
