I am thinking of parting it out. (since enough people have asked about parts.)

Or selling it as is...

What I need from you guys is what you would want and how much you would pay.

I am not trying to make a ton of money and I got the bike rather inexpensively so...

If this doesn't work I am going with my original idea to put $500 into it and sell it for $2-2500.

hey doc,

i am just getting into the hawk bits and realizing a rear shock would be a pretty smart upgrade. i use the hawk for standard new york city commuting and the occasional 3 to 4 track daze a year. right now it has the oem shock, but i would like to make sure the upgrade would last me a year or 3.

if the shock on that bike would work well for the above, how much are you lookin to get out of it if you go the parting out route.

i'd be interested.
