Vortex Clip-on installation

I just baught some new Vortex clipons for my Hawk. It seems like a pretty simple concept to install, but are there any things I shuold know before I tackle? Any modifications necessary....? I assume I will need shorter brakeline/clutch cable/throttle cable; where can I get these?

you don't really need the shorter cabels, but you can get them at www.hordpower.com
