Steering stem dust seal

Now then lads how's tricks.
Just a quick one. My steering stem is away getting chromed but the copper dust seal is goosed.
How easy are these to get hold of. I have checked the websites of a couple of spare companies that deal with the Bros but cannot find any stock. Do these seals come with the new sets of bearings?
Have any of you got any ideas.

They come with the kits that AllBalls sells.
