Yeah belt drive, I was looking through a german hawk site and there's a couple with the belt drive mod. But why the oil cooler, even with 90hp hawk JD isn't using one (is he?) and Germany is far from a desert, what gives? I didn't see a supercharger anywhere on it hehe.
i remeber back in the day that was a mod a few people did
relocating the rear brake caliper under the swingarm, looks like he also got a different caliper too
i have herd from the rc51 guys they put a r1 caliper on there bikes because there so much lighter
look at the stock rear eccentric... the brake is all thats stopping you from flipping it 180* and raising the ride height.... if you reloacate the brake to the bottom, you can have that eccentric upside down... and a taller rear rideheight.

the thing i dont like about fliping the bearing housing is that, the chain will rest on the swingarm alittle more than i would like.
but putting the brake under makes it look very clean back there and for the racers lowering the ceter of mass is always a plus
