    Aftermarket Horns...looking for Freeway strength!

I was riding home last night on the 101, doing about 70, and the white Infiniti in the lane to my right starts moving over into me. My screaming and feeble horn made absolutely no difference and she didn't even slow down as she drifted into the middle of my lane (by this time, I had dropped behind, flashing my brights and gesturing emphatically).

Is there an aftermarket horn for motorcycles that is so loud and obnoxious that it sounds like a semi? And hopefully is not too huge or ugly on the bike? I commute every day (and night) on my bike and I need to be able to shake this kind of driver out of their trance...

This place has some cool stuff. They even have a horn with a microphone so you can be specific with your message.

I was considering the Hella supertone. they are about $80.

I had an ultra loud Fiamm horn on my 400 as it was ex-race and needed one for inspection, the horn was what was available cheap.I was going down the interstate on it and could barely hear a mhhhhhhhheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee over the open filters and Kerker pipe at 13k RPM's but ignored it...then I took my exit and realized the horn had shorted and been going full blast for ~ 20 miles.I don't know who thought I was a bigger asshole, the dozen cars at the stoplight or the dozens of cars I went past making all sorts of horrible noise.

if they made electric train horns small enough to hide in the hawk thats what i would have.

You can get a pretty small Fire truck Siren...

It seems to me that size is assocatied with loudness. To be loud they seem to need large compressors and long air horns.

there are electric ones that sound like air horns but they draw alot of power to be loud
