    Vapor Gauge

So how is everyone that has them liking their vapor gauges?

Have the bugs all been worked out?

I really need to do something about the stock guages that look so huge now that I have the dual 4" headlights.

LOL I was thinking the same thing too... either a new gauge cluster or some kind of screen.

With mine, the RPM is pretty wild. At idle, it's good, but when the rev's start to climb, look out. It jumps pretty dramatically, no real smooth number transition. The temperature works great (both ambient and engine). I had to get a replacement speedo sensor, mine was faulty. But their customer service is top notch. Great to deal with.

I agree w/ ghandi1616, mine is great (for the whole ten minutes I rode it) and yes, the rpms jump around alot. other than that it's great

Sweet, I think I will order one!

I might pick your brain on the installation though Steven since you are right near by.

This is the one I got.
I believe it is the correct one I just have not had a chance to hook it up yet.

Plus it looks like the Dashboard is the way to go for the dummy lights.

                      thanks
you guys were right...trail tech staff was very helpful.
Baught the Vapor and the Dashboard.
Express shiping to Canada was cheaper the Standard.
                      Can't wait!

I still have'nt heard if any of ya'll have tried ground shielding the tach sensor wire. In theory this would eliminate any "noise" coming from thother wires. anyone?

If I can locate a shielded wire, I'll give it a try.
