    520 v. 525 sprocket & chain

I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the difference is between the two(520/525). What if any are the advantages of the two? What comes on the hawk stock?

    Thank you

The stock chain is the 525, The only advantage of the 520 chain is it is lighter, which means less rotating mass: more power to a slight degree. I run a 520 on my bike just cause it was easier to get the sprocket sizes I wanted. Other than that its just personal preference. stick with the 525 if you wanna keep it stock and simple, but switch to the 520 if you want a greater range of "gearing" but you will need to adjust the chain length with most 520 kits. Hope this helps.
