    "Repair Plastic," good stuff...

The OEM seat cowl, unlike the front fender, is made of shitty ABS plastic that loves to break. I don't know why, maybe Toshiaki Kishi was a sadist. But here's the good news:

I used this shit today and it is EVERYTHING they tout it to be. Unbefuckingleivable product. Jupiter sent me a cowl that needed a couple repairs (thanks man) and I used this stuff to do the fix - all I can say is " "

Cowl is stronger than it ever was and I am PUMPED!!!

Thanks for the heads up There is nothing I love more than when a "miracle in a bottle" actually performs as it is proported to on the label or advertisements. I will be picking some up just to have on hand for any projects that may arise.

I really like that the example repair on the website looks like a tail from a hawk......just proves it will work perfect for our hawks.

I used "Plastic Weld" from Wal-Mart. Just a 2 part epoxy and it's held my cowl together for years. Good stuff also. I'm not sure it's paintable though.

          Stuff

Sounds like JB weld. which is
"Better then bailing wire!!" according to the label. Still, it works great for many things.

i didnt read all the way thru the site

            is it sandable?
            how much does it cost?

i use a 3m product for abs only. it is a two part mix and hardens in about 5-10 min. and is sandable after 20 min. i liked that stuff but if this is cheaper i might have to try it next time.

the front fender on the site looks like its off an f2
