Has anyone had experience fitting an ignition advancer to a stock engine? My bike has a Supertrapp pipe, K+N pods and Factory jet kit. Both Factory Pro and JD Hord say on their sites that stock bikes sometimes respond well to advancing the ignition. Obviously I'm attracted to the idea of a cheap bolt on mod that delivers but as the results seem to differ from engine to engine I'd appreciate any feedback before trying it myself.

I have em plus the programable cdi (from Hord) From my chats with Jd timing is purdy cridical with as HP increses. Just my .0021\2 Liter Duc EaterComment
