400 carb settings

Any of you guys with a 400 made any changes to the jetting?

I have a Moriwaki pipe on(not straight through) and a K&N installed.

I think 145 and 142 is a good start I think I have 144 and 142 in mine a the moment. with fuel exhaust(no baffle) and k and N filter in standard air box set-up.
