    Stock Wheel Size and Vapor?

Has anyone set their vapor speedo using the stock front wheel.

I've got my speed pretty close but i t still seems off a bit.

What did you set your wheel size as?

    Thanks

I don't remember what I set it at, but I used a sewing tape to measure the circumference. Just tape it on, then rotate the wheel to that point. Circumference is easier to measure than diam. hope this helps

All of the Vapor kits are roughly the same, the main thing that differs is the length of the speedo sensor wire (all are way to long for the hawk cause they are for dirtbikes) and the size of the magnetic bolt, or whether or not it includes a magnetic bolt. You need an 8mm bolt for the hawk, and you'll have to grind down a socket to tighten it with the stock rotor.

Just give trailtech a call and find out which one you need. Also, maybe if enough people call they'll make a kit for the hawk.

If you guys need me to I'll post pics of how I mounted the speed sensor
