Exhaust - Header lengths and Diam. JD?

I'm planning on making some new headers for my bike (mine scrape on the ground when cornering) Does anyone know what kind of header lengths and diams. to run? I figured if I couldn't figure it out I'd copy either TwoBros or M4. So if someone has one of those systems can you measure the lengths and diam. of there system. I think the Two Bros system steps up in size. So I'll need the length and Diam of each section.

    Thanks a bunch guys

The stock pipes are 1.5" for the full length, about 29" long average. M4 are 1.5" then step to 1.675". (I think the length is ~32"? Not sure without measuring and I'm too lazy) Later TBR were 1.5" stepped to 1.75". Early TBR were 1.75" full length. Not sure on the length of those either, none to measure. I think those were ~34"? Don't quote me on any of those lengths. FWIW mine's making nearly 90hp on M4 headers, so bigger is not always better.

Ok, I'll make some M4 replica headers. (I'm cheap) and I like making headers, they're fun.

If you could measure those that would be super cool. But I am lazy as well. So I understand.

You guys getting them from somewhere other than SPD or Burns? I found a guy on eBay making them for reasonable $$, $150 for a 3-1, plus the cost of whatever tailpipe transition I want. Burns is close to double that by the time all the extras are added.

Leaving the engine it is 1 1/2" and is expanded up to 1 5/8". Then a larger 1 3/4" peice is welded on the rest of the way to the merge.
