    Gauges coming out

So I noticed tonight that my gauges are getting loose around the seals. I tried to tighten the bolts on the back of the gauges but they are as tight as they'll go. I definitely don't want water getting in there.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

I seriously can't remember what they looked like inside...

Look on the back side of the gauges. There should be some nuts to tighten. They hold that stuff in, if I remember right.

i never had a stock gauge set up but i think the bottom of the gauge bolts down to the black plastic housing

if your missing those lil bolts it will work its self out about to that point and stop. it wont come out all the way because of the temp part that sticks out on the inside

look at the parts diagram its got an exploded assembly view of the cluster

I had a similar problem a year or two ago. The tiny nuts on the back of the casing couldn't take out the play. I replaced the rubber rings surrounding each clock, job done.

Replacing the rings around the front of the gauges will help and so will the rubber grommets on the four main screws on the back of the speedo and tach.
