    will the TBR headers disintegrate when wrapped?

    why would steel disintegrate when you wrap it with fiberglass???

            Not an issue.
            If you get them wet, run the engine to dry them out. Dont leave them wet.
            Any make would have the same performance, no? TBR would not be special in this way. I've wrapped my TBR headers, with no problems at all. I used the sillicone spray that is supposed to go with it to keep it all stuck together and looking smooth.
            If anyone has rusted through a set of wrapped headers, post up, and let us know.

              anyone know approximately how many feet of wrap is needed to wrap m4 headers back to the y pipe?

                What kind of silicone spray are you talking about? I'm getting ready to wrap my headers and would like to spray them on install.

                  go to jegs.com and look in their exhaust section...youll see the high temp silicone adhesive spray in there

                    they sell that high-temp silicone spray at auto parts store too. I know Advance Auto Parts has it
