Cylinder gaskets ???

Any real benefit, I believe it has a similar effect as to milling the heads.
Any dyno proof in raising the compression or is this just a bad idea ???

Won't make a huge difference but it does help bump compression a bit, and get the piston dome a little closer to the head if you are running something aftermarket. You have to be careful if remove the gasket on a 700, the outer edges of the piston can hit the head.
