Here is a rundown of everything I have done so far:
Rebuilt Carbs
New Slider/Diaphrams
Rebuild fron Forks
New/Used CBR Rear Adjustable Shock
New Air Filter/Oil Filter/Oil/Spark Plugs
Polished Both Side Engine Cases
Polished Valve Covers
Polished Rearsets
Polished Upper Tripple Tree
Polished Guage holder face
Was GOING to polish swingarm & Wheels, but ran out of juice!
Still need to finish preping bodywork for paint
Need new tires
Need to rebuild brake system - replace pads
Etc...Etc......
Actually on the chain, it looks pretty close to correct since the bike is on the centerstand. If you have 2 people sit on the seat and recheck it you will find it to be rather tight, the Hawk geometery gets very tight about an inch before you bottom out and if the chain is not loose enough then it will prevent full suspension travel and cause a huge amount of stress on the output shaft and the chain itself when you hit a good size bump.
