They are out there if you want to spend the money but expect to fork over $200 or so just for the axle.
If you want to save weight on the Hawk there would be less expensive means of doing so.
If you are worried about weight you can buy a helmet that weighs less unless you have a top of the line helmet already and it might not make the Hawk weigh less but it will make the overall bike/rider weigh less and it will put less stain on you neck and if you do crash the lower weight helmet will put less strain on your body.
If you replace all of the bolts on your Hawk with Ti you might save a few pound at most but your pockets will weigh less also. Spend the money that you would on Ti and do some trackdays which will do more for you than taking a few pound off of the bike.
Sorry to come across as some what of an ass but I feel that time on the bike will do more for your quailty of ride than taking 2 or 3 pounds off the bike. Take a track rider course or go to trackdays if possible.

Back when I was really into mountain biking I rode with a guy that had more money than sense (least by my view point).
He had at the time he rode an expensive Trek Y bike and proceeded to drop all sorts of money into it to "lighten it up". Billet cranks, TI bottom bracket, bars, bar ends, seat post, seat and the list goes on. Once he had done all the major parts he started with TI fasteners.
Now his day job was as a surveyor and he was not all in the best of conditon (probably 20-30 lbs over weight). Mind you when you ride a mountain bike that the heaviest and highest vertical weight is your head which is usually about 8% of your total body mass. In my case thats 14 pounds, which is about how much his bike weighed in stock form.
You can't really loose weight from your head but in your mid section you can loose quite a lot to get down to around 10% body fat for males. In addition every day you body can easily fluctuate 2-4 pounds.
In the end this guy drops 2-3 grand to lower his bikes weight a few close to the ground pounds when he really should of been loosing body weight for a dramatic improvement.
Rotational weight savings are a different matter than what I covered above. If you can save rotational weight then that is worth quite a bit in performance gain.88' NT650 Hawk - 2nd owner
