    gravity feed to carbs??????????????????????

    is it possible to eliminate fuel pump and gravity feed carbs on Hawk???????????

    you won't be able to get the last amount of fuel out of the tank into the carbs, and since the Hawk isn't supplied with to much fuel to spare, I'd go for a pump solution (i know, the standard pump is crap, mine gave up too)

      I believe some people have used an SV650 fuel pump, which works off the carb vacuum ?
      Smaller, less complex, needs no power

        Can not be recommended, I tried it - the engine will run too lean at full throttle. Alternatives are mikuni or pierburg fuel pumps.

          yup! vac pump is the way to go in my opinion.
