So I just put my new muzzy exhaust system on (thanks to this place and craigslist). I'm running 144 main jet's front and rear, which is working out OK, but I feel I could be getting more. Obviously larger mains would do something, but what about re-positioning the needles up one notch? The Dyno-jet kit I have (stage 2) says to run the middle position, and If I need a richer needle, to contact them. What does changing needle placement accomplish vs. increasing jet size? I fairly new to carb tinkering still, and haven't done any damage... yet.
