looking for a good source of nc25/nt400k parts

before I bite the bullet and buy genuine parts for extortionate prices I was wondering if anyone knows a good place to find parts (pattern parts or breakers) in the UK.

I am looking specifically for a left hand switch assembly. It's the only part keeping my Bros off the road at the moment.

thanks in advance for any help

Welcome to the forum mate . You own a Bros and suppose you are somewhere in Europe . Unfortunately used parts are expensive ,cheaper than the genuine , but expensive still . I found cheaper to buy a used Nt400 for parts instead of buying a complete Nc25 front end . At the parts yard they asked for 100 euros only for the front disc rotor . I may have to sell my house in case I needed a tank for example . My advice is not to rush in buying stuff because there are good deals out there , you 'll just have to be lucky enough to come across one ... And try to find out which parts from other bikes are similar and can be used with minimum modifications ....

      Good luck

If the wiring in the switchgear is ok you can use switchgear from alot of different Honda's. I've just picked up a pair for a CBR600 F2, excellent condition and all I'll do is change the wiring over to the new plastics. If its your wiring then you can repair it yourself or find a good auto electrician if you're not comfortable doing it yourself. New switchgear is about £90 a side if I remember correctly. Wemoto as swipe mentioned are good for spares too.

        Edit:

        Left hand side

        Right hand side

These plastics will fit, wiring most likely wont, but just put your old wiring in instead.

          Thanks for the info guys.

I'll buy purchasing some new plastics and rewiring them! I could never be sure before that this approach would work. thanks Fog.

I have seen some really nice mods on this site. I think I have been bitten by the bug now.

Not really a source for parts but here are all the part numbers!! With this you should be able to order the parts from any Honda dealer!

            Cheers!
