Well there's your problem right there. Look at the size of those rocks that were in your carbs. Now that you removed them your bke will run much better.

You can still take it apart some more. Float valve filters, the little diaphrams on the side (i'm forgetting what they are called), and of course the fuel/air screws, washer, and o-ring.
