    Hawk forks and R1 forks

    does anyone know if Yamaha R1 fork internals will fit into a hawks forks?

    Steven, I'm no expert but I'd hazard a guess and say no.
    If you think about it even the first R1's had USD forks and Hawks are RWU, also IIRC the diameter of the R1's is quite a bit more than the spindly original's on the Hawk (41mm btw).

        what is USD forks and RWU forks? what does that mean?
        USD - upside down
        RWU - right way up

        is my guess

          CBR 600 PC31 (and PC25) fork internals will fit into hawks forks and work very good.
