front brakes.... not workin...

hi all,

i took a pair of cbr 600 dual brakes off another bros and have installed them on my my bros (with the forks and wheel, etc)

but for some reason they are not working... they worked fine on the bike i took them off... they are Goodridge stainless steel braided brake hoses...

have i missed something obvious....?

hows the fluid level?
try bleeding the system
