    Hawk Hub

The parts fisch shows the spindle (5) seperate from the Hub, does this spindle come out of the Hub? as mine looks like its welded in.

Also is the Bros 400/650 hub the same as the Hawks?

      rear wheel assembly

Part 4 is a spindle. It has an internal spline machined into it deep in the middle. (it is hollow)
Part 5 is a draw-bar, and has a matching external spline on it, next to a fat head that cant be pulled through.
Loosen the nut on the wheel side, enough to show about 1mm gap to the thrust washer. Give the nut some persuasive taps with a soft faced hammer, and the draw-bar should begin to back out. Loosen the nut some more and repeat.

Thanks everyone after I posted the message I used my rubber mallet and it came of the spines. Its just that someone showed me a picture of
a BROS 400 Hub with no spindle and unmodified. My other standard hub still had the spindle which looked like is was welded in. I thought there might have been a difference from the Bros400 and the Hawk650. Now I know the answer
