Does anyone know if a 98 900rr triples will fit a hawk neck? are the bearings the same size?

Yes,they'll bolt right up - however,the 900RR front end leaves you with the funky 16" front rim with it's strange 130 tire.People have had em on their Hawks and been happy - you can bolt on an F3 rim but unless you just like the chunkier look/it was cheap,no real advantage over F3 forks. -

To keep the ride height stock, the 900 forks will be flush with the top tree so naturally the clip-ons go underneath. It drops the bars down and forward about 2"and1" respectively. Much more aggressive look I love it. Unfortunately the rider of my Hawk doesn't so I'm looking for F3 forks. As for the wheel, just put in an F2-F3 its a direct swap, had one on my 95 900rr for years.Comment
