Will an F4I neck fit into the Hawk, is it a straight swap or do I need to jump through hoops? I am getting a complete F4I front end

Thanks Alex for that, as I was mounting the front end, I realized that the lower bearings from the F4i are the same as from the hawk. Im not sure as to the upper bearings, the front end I got didn't come with them. It seemed ok to me, the triples mounted to the upper bearings nice and tight, so I am assuming they are ok. Am I right, or do I need to get different bearings?
Hey Doc, would you mind taking a picture of your front end? I am still wondering what to do about the clipon's going above or below the top triple. if they are below, I don't want the bike to look like a chopper, and if they are on top, it will lower the front quite about 2" ( I have vortex clipons) this is what it looks like with the bars mounted below
as far as handling and fomfort goes, what do you suggest?
I am also curious about how to mount the headlight since the stock mounts are gone. If you can post some pics of what you did and how it looks that would be awesome. I am planning on using a small fairing like Ovlovder's bike off of a buell, so I will probably have to fab up my own bracket huh?
Oh yeah, one more thing....with the forks hit the radiator when I turn it all the way. All it does is push against the screen until it hits the stops, but I still don't really want it toucjing the radiator, won't it end up scratchng the tubes?-NEVER LET YOUR FEARS STAND IN THE WAY OF YOUR DREAMS-

I don't have a headlight as this is my racebike but yeah I think you need to Fab a bracket for one.
My forks don't hit my radiator as I recall. Do oyu have both radiator mounts bolted up?

F4 front ON and running hard. Only one place you can put the clipons. UNDER.
I have a JWR radiator and I have to plave 2 led wheel weights to stop/cushin the tube from hitting/damaging the radiator. Someting I guess I'll have to design.

For steering stops I drilled/tapped m6 hole into the old stops on the lower part of the head tube, insert appropriate screws. Adjustable steering stops.-NEVER LET YOUR FEARS STAND IN THE WAY OF YOUR DREAMS-

You would be mentioning A LA Ducati
I thought of that. I just did not know if the Aluminum would hold up to a race crash. Take a look at my tank above...100+mph will do that to you.
Damn horse power, hill crest & full lean.
Do you have pic. The other thing I am worried about is the angle to drill at. I don't think it would provide enough Aluminum meat.Gino
