With the stock exhaust,it's no problem: pop the plastic cap,un-stake the cotter pin,loosen the nut, remove it along with the collar and the wheel will clear the exhaust if you just twist to the right as you're pulling it backwards.Just take care not to bang it around on the caliper and stuff.
I've had a hard time sliding in a 160, but then I just grabed some dish soap, built up a lather on the tire and pipe and pushed, pop! , right in.
Even have trouble with the 2bros can taken off, half the time I just pull the mid pipe to make it easier...
