Sometimes if you think its easy to make a mold of a part and easy to demold but you need to fight to get them out and the underground wasn't correctly sanded before painting... after 3 times waxing the epoxy still found his way under the paint.IMG-20190711-WA0013.jpg

Does it mean it's spoiled or just more work to refinish?

and making the flanges.Could be a few more days.I'm making some serious dust.
I have heard you play guitar.. And seen your motorcycles.

There is a reason your bikes look like you play. You deff have a style as an artist in general.

Just more work to refinish the parts to send them back to his owner and the mold is broken...

Is it a bird? Is it a plane? Is it a Nozzle? Does it really fly? Or is it a fuel tank? An Airbox? Nope.
It's the Nozzle Suckmaster. A fuel tank that thinks it's a flying airbox. With hood scoops.

It's not a first. Not many firsts left in Hawks.Lenac had a couple tanks from Jim Davis...one had a different bottom welded in.The front was all airbox....one had 2" tubes welded through over the carbs. If you have a built engine with flatslides....there isn't enough headroom. Not reallyBIke always runs a little better with the tank off on the dyno....I raised the tank and built an intake box on my red bike....So....anyone really serious.....should want a lightweight small volume tank with intakes. .....Gino.....

The universe must be aligning...because I just found a very important little stash of bits too. Motivated to progress on Hiatus I am today...as much as the list of chores will allow.
