                The idea was this.....inletted drawing board for the tail......it has to be attempted. Plastics bought......090 ABS being cut......p/u tomorrow. attempt 001.JPG

                        Are you planning on doing a bonded seam for the HDPE for the tanks? If so, do you have a reliable reference for what method & materials to use? HDPE doesn't glue to much of anything, as far as I know. I think most tanks made with it are blow-molded or roto-molded. I could me misinformed.

                          No....a sealed ,mechanically closed flange.Gonna use one of the gas proof sealants....flange will be either riveted of bolted.Or both.

                            How do I know this will work....? Easy.....you got 2 float bowls ,don't ya?Same damn thing.

                              Gotcha. Mechanical fastening with some kind of gasket or seal in between. I hadn't thought of that lol.
