I wanted to share a way I found to balance my rear wheel with the usual balancers. I purchased this 1 1/2 PVC piece of plumbing from Home Depot. The diameter is smaller than the hub diameter so I wrapped it a bunch of times with painters masking tape until it was a tight fit, then it fit on my Harbor Freight balancer.
